We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of shapewear, our return policy is designed to ensure hygiene and customer safety while offering flexibility for returns under specific conditions.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Final sale items, including clearance or discounted products marked as "non-returnable," are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@chiccontour.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including the RMA number and a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship the Return: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at $15 unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Refund: Once received, items will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility criteria as returns.
- To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund or replacement upon receipt and inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
- Shapewear that has been worn, washed, or has removed hygiene liners.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items marked as final sale.
